It is used to decode the Escaped-encoding URL. Escaped-encoding is the standard of representing characters within a URI that may need special syntax handling to be correctly interpreted. It uses a sequence of three characters to encode the character to be interpreted. This triplet sequence consists of the percentage character “%” followed by the two hexadecimal digits representing the octet code of the original character.

EscapeClose Pro is a tiny utility, allowing you to close or minimize or hide the active window by pressing the Esc button. Thus you can see it neither in the TaskBar nor in the Task Manager list (Ctrl+Alt+Del) nor in the list opening by pressing Alt+Tab. And now you can hide active window in the tray. Escape Close A very good program. Easy to use and has some very good features. I will evaluate the program a little longer and I will purchase the program.
Freeware version of 1.6 I like the freeware version, but I wish there was a way to change the default sound.
